Check-in time is at 15:00 to 20:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out time is at 12:00 on the day of departure. If you need to check in earlier or check out later, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
You will be asked to present a valid form of identification, such as a passport or national identity card, as well as a credit card for any additional charges or incidentals during your stay.
We kindly ask that you settle any outstanding balance for your stay and return any room keys or access cards to our reception desk. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

We understand that pets are a part of your family and we welcome well-behaved dogs of small sizes at Nestor Luxury Villas. Pets are allowed upon request and subject to availability, so please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your furry friend along.
In order to ensure the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while on resort grounds
- Pets are not allowed in the main pool
- Pets are not allowed in the resort restaurant or dining areas
- Pets must be with their owners at all times and must not be left alone in the resort
- Pets must be under the control of their owners and not be allowed to roam freely
- Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly
- Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pet

The resort accepts payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card (Powered by Stripe) and PayPal.
- A 50% deposit is required as soon as possible to secure the booking.
- The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival at the resort.
Please note that all payments must be made in the currency stated on the invoice. Any bank charges or exchange rate differences must be covered by the guest.
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 21 days before the scheduled arrival date. Any cancellations made within 21 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in a charge of 50% of the total booking amount. In case of a no-show, the total booking amount will be charged.
Any cancellations or changes to the reservation must be communicated in writing to the resort via email.
We recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against any unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation.
